Very good diet plan to reduce weight by following a balanced diet. You won`t be required to starve yourself as she adds a lot of variety in the food. You can also ask for a substitute if you dont like any particular food item. She also shares the recipes which are easy to prepare. I learned a lot of breakfast dishes by following her diet plan for 3 months. I reduced 7 kgs during this plan though I didn`t want to reduce more weight so for last 2 Weeks were not strict diet for me. Would have lost 1-2 kgs more if followed sincerely. Hi Shalini,
 
FeedBack: I am able to loose 4 kgs in a month by only following your diet.
I never felt that i am hungry and was eating all the time.

I joined 3 months program and lost 10 kgs. The feeling was awesome. I am really happy with the way diet charts were planned. I was able to see all my fav food in those diet charts and the best thing that I was eating every 3 hrs. So for me it was not dieting but eating more!!!!!

Very much thankful to Dr. Shalini for all support and guidance I recieved during this tenure. As of now able to maintain my wght:-)

I lost around 8kgs in 3 months. But i continued with the diet plan gave by Dr. shalini n now i almost lost 12kgs. Thankss to her for providing such an effective Diet plan, Now i know how to loose even if i gain somehow.. Thankss alloott.. :)

Thanks Dr. Shalini for guiding me . I lost weight inspite of my PCOS and sedentary lifestyle .Good thing is that in busy schedule of job, one does not require to visit her clinic everytime. She is always in contact via email/phone and responds well in time.The weekly diets were well planned and wholesome ...in fact I WAS EATING MORE :)... I couldn't do much exercise but I am sure one can loose even more with regular exercise .
