I joined 3 months program and lost 10 kgs. The feeling was awesome. I am really happy with the way diet charts were planned. I was able to see all my fav food in those diet charts and the best thing that I was eating every 3 hrs. So for me it was not dieting but eating more!!!!!
Very much thankful to Dr. Shalini for all support and guidance I recieved during this tenure. As of now able to maintain my wght:-)
