I am so glad to find Dr. Shalini over the internet. She is very organised and professional in her conduct, made great diet plans for me to reach my optimum weight. After following her diet recommendation alongwith a healthy exercise regime , I was able to lose 8kgs in 3 months.
All my weekly nutritious diet plans were unique in their own way and also kept me satiated throughout the day. She even shared few recipes to go along with those diet plan. Despite of time difference she was always available whenever I had some query.
