I would like to THANK Dr. Shalini for giving Healthy, Wholesome, Nutritious and Delicious recipes. I have lost 9 kgs in 3 months, which was so not possible without her guidance. She been always supportive and really quick in her reverts on any queries of mine. I couldn't exercise much due to my tight professional schedule but i am 100% sure with just half an hour walk everyday this diet will work wonders for everyone.
