I had a perception about Diet Plans, that it keeps you on starving for reducing weight. That's why I was kind of skeptical about joining a Dietitian, and was only relying on gym for reducing weight and was not getting proper results even after putting lots of efforts. But when I met Dr Shalini, all myths about Diet plans had gone away. I just had one meeting with her in which she understood each and every thing from my life style to my family health history and then she suggested an appropriate Diet Plan to me. That didn't keep me on starving, rather I had so much of choices of food that I kind of stopped eating out because my diet plan met all my craving for food. I am very happy with Dr. Shalini's suggestions and Diet Plan that helped my reduce about 8 Kgs in 3 months. Thanks Dr. Shalini.
