Very good diet plan to reduce weight by following a balanced diet. You won`t be required to starve yourself as she adds a lot of variety in the food. You can also ask for a substitute if you dont like any particular food item. She also shares the recipes which are easy to prepare. I learned a lot of breakfast dishes by following her diet plan for 3 months. I reduced 7 kgs during this plan though I didn`t want to reduce more weight so for last 2 Weeks were not strict diet for me. Would have lost 1-2 kgs more if followed sincerely. Would highly recommend her as she is always available over phone, whatsapp and emails.
